What we take on: the data mapping, validations, error handling and testing of a specific flow.
With your team: your functional lead sets the rules and provides a test environment. If something is needed from a tool’s vendor, we coordinate it through your team.
Testing and handover: before starting we agree the test cases —valid, incomplete, duplicated and with the destination down— and what counts as accepted. We deliver the connection with its documentation and a procedure for reviewing exceptions.

What we take on: the development of the additional piece —an adapter, an automation or an AI feature— based on a specification your team approves. The architecture and product decisions remain yours.
With your team: we follow your conventions and work in the repository and environment you specify, with a code and functional review at the close of each phase.
Testing and handover: the specification includes the acceptance criteria. We deliver code, tests and documentation so your team can maintain it; ownership and subsequent support are set out in the proposal.

A connection or workflow your customers already use leaves operations pending, and someone checks by hand what has not arrived.
What we take on: if your software’s controls are not enough, we study a reproducible issue, fix it and make what is pending visible, with a procedure to recover it without duplicates.
With your team: before intervening we agree who maintains each part of the process and with what permissions we work. Changes are tested outside production.
Testing and handover: we reproduce the failure, the outage and repeated events, and check in the agreed flow that each operation is completed only once. Your team receives the recovery procedure and knows which alert reaches each person responsible.
